What is Daily Word Categories?
Daily Word Categories is a brain-teasing word puzzle game. Every day, you are presented with 16 seemingly unrelated words. Your goal is to find the hidden connections and group them into 4 categories of 4 words each.
Think of it as a word-association challenge. The categories can be anything—types of animals, chemical elements, synonyms, words that can follow a common prefix, or even references to pop culture. The puzzle resets every day with a brand-new set of words.

Rules
1. You Have 16 Words
The game board displays 16 words in a 4x4 grid. Each word belongs to exactly one category.
2. Find Groups of 4
Select 4 words that share a common theme, then submit your guess. If they are correct, the group is revealed with a color-coded label.
3. 4 Mistakes Max
You have 4 attempts to submit incorrect groups. After 4 wrong guesses, the game ends and all categories are revealed.
4. Solve All 4 to Win
Find all four hidden categories to solve the puzzle. Your time and score are tracked so you can challenge yourself to improve.
